Designing security & access governance for Ginja.ai

Health insurers on Ginja.ai couldn't see, control, or change who had access to their own platform. Every change went through Ginja's support team. I designed the system that transferred that control to them: roles, permissions, user lifecycle, time-bound access, and hard denials. Built for an industry where one wrong checkbox is a compliance breach.

Think School

An education startup betting that world-class teaching can cost less than a pair of jeans. I designed the marketing site and the course landing pages that had to close the sale without a sales call.

About

Think School sells live cohorts on public speaking and communication. There is no sales team and no demo. A visitor lands from a video, reads, and either enrols or leaves. The page carries the entire sale.

The site also had to introduce the company, house every course, and hand off cleanly to an external learning platform once someone paid. So the same visual system needed to work for a corporate about page and for a hard-working conversion page, without either one feeling borrowed from the other.

I worked with two other designers across the full site. This case study covers the cohort landing page and the system underneath it.

Organic

Already a fan. Subscribed on YouTube or following on social, arriving because they trust Ganesh

Paid ads

Saw a course ad on social or Google. No relationship with the brand yet.

Why this mattered for the layout.

Paid traffic arrives with no relationship to the brand, so the hero has to establish who Ganesh is before it asks for anything. Organic traffic already knows, and would be bored by the same block. The page is ordered to work for the colder of the two visitors, since that is who the ads keep sending.

What admins actually needed?

The page is a funnel, not a brochure. Each block sits where it does because of the question a visitor is holding at that exact point in the scroll, and what has to be true before they will keep reading.
